Equipment Introduction
1、MN428X-E Cabinet Type Comprehensive Testing Series Tester meets the testing needs of most electrical products on production lines or in laboratories. After years of application, the stability and reliability of this series of testers are leading, complying with multiple national and international standards. It is the first choice for optimizing production line structure, improving automation level, and achieving high standards, high efficiency, and high precision testing requirements. The product can be equipped with different capacities of variable frequency power supplies or isolation transformers to meet various electrical product testing and power supply needs. No external computer or power supply is required to complete independent testing of the tested products. This series of testers can test single-phase or three-phase appliances, and is equipped with Yidi upper computer software to realize large-scale storage, analysis, upload, and management of detection data.
As the level of production process and quality management in the industrial manufacturing industry continues to improve, production line quality inspection technology is shifting from single-station comprehensive testing to automated and information-based testing to meet the needs of further improving efficiency and quality. This series of testers focuses on comprehensive safety performance testing and data collection, with the capability to expand and add other process inspection data collection functions for the production line. It forms a data collection system covering key quality control points of the production line, using product barcodes as keywords for data recording at each process, establishing complete test records for each product, and providing data storage, query, statistics, and report output functions.
