1、 Equipment description

Yidi Electronics 81 series single-phase AC voltage stabilizer and frequency converter power supply, using SPWM modulation control technology, achieving intelligent and precise regulation of power output, with pure waveform output. By adjusting output voltage and frequency, it can simulate various national grids, thus testing the grid adaptability of various products, and also meet long-term production line power supply needs, such as basic power supply, load aging, etc. Parameters can be quickly edited via digital keyboard, including switching test programs. Widely used in electrical product production lines, quality inspection institutes, laboratories, etc.

2、Applicable load types

This series of AC voltage stabilizer and frequency converter power supplies has strong load adaptability, capable of supporting various inductive, capacitive, and resistive loads within power limits. Designed with good impact resistance, easily supporting loads of tested products.

• Full-range adjustable output voltage and frequency setting range (voltage 0-300V, frequency 45-65Hz);

• Uses IGBT/ PWM technology and switching amplifier design;

• Output voltage stability up to 0.5%;

• Supports load on single-phase, waveform distortion less than 1% under resistive load;

• High startup load capacity, peak output current ratio 3:1;

• Fast transient response, waveform recovers within 2ms during instant load or unload;

• Special constant current output design, easily starting high startup current loads like motors and compressors;

• Overload, short circuit, over-temperature protection and alarms;

• Provides 7 memory groups for quick recall of different output values (voltage, frequency, current limit, etc.);
